Free Ground Shipping*
Canada
Reflexnotebook offers free ground shipping (this includes brokerage fees) to all Canadian customers. There are no hidden fees, the price you see on your sales order, is the price you pay. Sager Laptops ship directly from California.
NWT / Yukon & Remote areas in Canada. Price TBD after order is placed.
USA
US residents (continental USA) also are eligible to free ground shipping.
EUROPE
European customers will have their order estimated and will be quoted a shipping price .
*Freeground shipping: We pay for the shipping and brokerage at the initiale purchase of the laptop, if you return the laptop within the 30 return policy, the shipping and brokerage fees we paid will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.
Frequently Asked Questions
Build Time
Our Average build time for Sager units is currently 14 Business days ( This does not inclue weekends and holidays). Build time is an estimate and is subject to availability. Reflexnotebook is not responsible if there is a delay in your order caused by, but not limited to: payment declines, credit card verifications, improper mailing or billing information. Please speak with a customer service associate directly to verify that all of your parts are in stock and if you have specific delivery requirements. If you have special shipping instructions or a need by date, please speak with one of our customer service associates.
How can I track my package?
Once the tracking information is available, you will be sent a tracking number by email. In this email a link will be provided to you to track your package on the UPS site.
Why isn’t there tracking information for my order?
We only have tracking numbers once the package leaves our factory. Since our laptops are custom made, it can take up to 5 business days before we get a tracking number.
Will I need to pay anything at the door once my package arrives?
If you are in Canada or the Continental USA there are no fees once the package arrives at your door. If UPS request any some of money, please contact us immediately.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
Depending on our influx of orders it will take on average 14 business days to process and build the unit and an additional 5 to 10 business days to ship the unit to your location.
What about DOA’s and damaged equipment?
If you received a product either dead on arrival or damaged, contact ReflexNotebook’s toll free number for further assistance.
Sager Laptops ship from California? Will I be paying shipping fees or Brokerage fees? What about Taxes?
All our Sager Units are custom hand built by Sager in California and ship from there. We pay the shipping and the brokerage fees as per your invoice. You will not be charged anything when you receive your unit. If you do please contact us to resolve the concern. You are charged taxes on your original invoice, there will be no additional taxes.
The status of my order has not changed?! Should I be worried?
Our website is manually updated concerning order status and sometimes lags behind the real status. Our turnaround time is on average 14 business days from when the card is charged. If you see your order still pending or processing there is no cause for alarm. If you have not been contacted by our CSR departement in reguards to some issues, the order process should be moving along as expected.
